Getting Started

Create your account

Sign up at framelance.com/signup with your email and a password. No credit card required. Your Free (Trial) plan activates immediately and you can start using every module right away.

Log in

Go to framelance.com/login and sign in with your email and password.

Forgot your password?

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. You will go through a 3-step flow: enter your email, receive an 8-digit verification code, then set a new password.

Install as a mobile app (PWA)

Framelance is a Progressive Web App. On Android and desktop browsers you will see an automatic "Add to Home Screen" prompt. On iOS, open Safari, tap Share, then "Add to Home Screen." Once installed it opens like a native app without the address bar.

Dashboard

The Dashboard shows four KPI cards (Total Deals, Reply Rate, Win Rate, Revenue), a stage breakdown chart, quick-access cards for all four modules (with remaining trial credits or PRO badge), and your five most recent history items.

Proposal Generator

Turn a raw job brief into a structured, client-ready proposal with clear scope, timeline, pricing, and next steps.

Required inputs

Project Title*Short project name, e.g. "Shopify landing page redesign"
Client Name*Client or company name, e.g. "John" or "Acme Corp"

Optional inputs

TimelineEstimated duration, e.g. "2 weeks"

Advanced inputs

Open the "Advanced" toggle inside the form to access these fields. Adding more detail leads to less generic output.

Client Message / Job DescriptionFull text of the job posting — paste in any language.
DeliverablesWhat will be delivered, e.g. landing page, SEO audit.
Contact PersonName of the person you're addressing.
Experience LevelYour experience (Junior → 20+ years).

Under Advanced you can also toggle Saved Profile Snippets to automatically append your saved Experience and References blocks (configured in Account Settings) to every proposal.

Proposal Optimizer

Paste an existing proposal draft. The Optimizer analyzes it, scores it, identifies weak spots, and produces a stronger, more premium version — without changing your voice.

Creating deals

Automatic: Proposals created with the Proposal Generator can be added to the pipeline automatically.

Manual: Use the "Add existing deal" panel with Client Name, Project Title, Stage, Follow-up Date, and Expected Value.

Filtering & search

Filter by stage, search by text, narrow by date range, or switch to trash mode to view deleted deals.

Export

Pro users can export the entire pipeline as an XLSX (Excel) file.

Every output you generate (proposals, optimizations, replies, pricing estimates) is saved here. Search, filter by type, and click any item to open the detail page with the full output, original inputs, and export buttons.

Filters

Filter by type (Proposal, Optimizer, Reply, Pricing) and search by title, type, language, or tone.

Trash

Deleted items go to trash and can be restored at any time.

Set up reusable blocks that are automatically appended to proposals and exports when enabled:

Email change

Enter a new email address. Confirmation emails are sent to both your old and new addresses (dual verification).

Password change

Set a new password directly from your current session.

Account deletion

Permanently deletes your account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Your data is yours. Framelance does not use your content for AI training, does not sell your data, and does not show ads.

Server-side authentication (Bearer token) on all API routes
Dual-layer rate limiting — IP + user-based (Upstash Redis with in-memory fallback)
Stripe webhook signature verification
Recovery tokens blocked from protected routes (JWT amr claims)

How long does the free plan last?
There is no time limit. You can use it until your trial credits run out.
What happens when trial credits are used up?
Modules are locked but you keep access to History and existing outputs. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited usage.
Why is DOCX export Pro-only?
DOCX is an editable format offered as a premium feature. PDF export is available to everyone.
Is there a mobile app?
Not yet. Install Framelance as a PWA on your phone for an app-like experience.
Are AI-generated results always accurate?
Not always. Framelance outputs should be used as guidance only. Final pricing, communication, and business decisions remain the user’s responsibility.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Your content is never used for AI training and is never shared with third parties.
Can I paste job descriptions in my language?
Yes. Paste in any language — the AI understands it and generates output in English.

Client Finder analyzes any lead or job post and tells you whether it is worth pursuing — before you spend time writing a proposal. It scores the lead, flags red flags, identifies positive signals, and generates a ready-to-send first message plus two follow-ups.

Tips

The more detail you paste, the better the analysis. Include the full job description, budget mentions, timeline, and any context the client shared. Vague inputs produce vague scores.
