4. Description of Service
Framelance provides AI-assisted drafting and workflow tools for proposal creation, pricing estimation, optimization, reply generation, lead analysis (Client Finder), and related productivity features. Certain features — including the Free Proposal Checker — are available without an account and are subject to usage limits.
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
5. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date
We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.
6. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Do not bypass usage limits or security controls
- Do not abuse free or unauthenticated features (including the Free Proposal Checker) through automated requests, spoofed IPs, or any means intended to circumvent rate limits
- Do not reverse engineer or copy the platform
- Do not use automated scraping tools
- Do not upload malicious software
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service, other users, or our systems.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
Framelance provides AI-generated content strictly as drafting assistance. We make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, legal compliance, or business outcomes.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any generated content before professional use.
8. No Professional Advice
Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, or business advice. AI outputs may contain errors and require independent verification.
9. Automated Processing
Outputs are generated automatically without human review. Framelance does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated means.
10. Subscription & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store full card details.
Founder pricing: any discounted or locked-in founder rate applies only while your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel, your founder rate ends. If you re-subscribe later, the then-current price will apply.
Prices displayed on the website may be exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required by law, VAT, sales tax, or other similar taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location and applicable regulations.
Prices displayed may be exclusive of applicable taxes. If taxes become applicable in the future, Framelance may apply such taxes to future invoices or billing periods in accordance with applicable law and the user’s billing location.
11. Intellectual Property
Framelance retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, and system architecture.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You may use generated outputs for lawful business purposes.
12. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risk, or if payment fails.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Framelance shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or reputational harm.
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months, or (b) £100.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Framelance from claims arising from misuse of the Service or use of generated outputs.
15. Compliance With Laws
You may not use the Service if subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where such use violates export control laws.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Framelance and supersede any prior agreements.
